Warm up with joint mobility then using the blue lines do:
- walking lunges forward
- walking lunges backward
- step kicks
- crouch under hurdles facing one way for 1/2 the distance turn around and face the other way
- step over hurdles facing one way for 1/2 the distance turn around and face the other way
- carioca facing one way
- carioca facing the other way
- bear crawls forward
- bear crawls backward
35 Burpees for time
